You guys I know I just shared a cocktail last week, but did you know Thanksgiving is 1 week away???  ONE WEEK.  Gah!  I really didn’t want you to miss out on all the great cocktails that you could be drinking while preparing your turkey and stuffing.  And don’t forget the sides.  If you are still doing some last minute meal planning, check out these Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts and this Autumn Harvest Salad – they might need a space on your holiday table.  Oh, and these Cranberry Brie Mini Tarts!  If you show up with these plus Cranberry Irish Mules everyone will love you.

But back to this Cranberry Irish Mule.  You may be familiar with the Irish Mule that I shared back in March, which is very much like the classic moscow mule but it swaps out the vodka for Irish whiskey.  Then I changed it up for Fall and made and Apple Cider Irish Mule.  Now the Irish Mule gets a winter makeover and becomes a Cranberry Irish Mule.  I love this drink because it is super simple, festive and delicious.  The copper mugs are pretty and they keep the drink ice cold, which is always a plus (You can find the mugs I have HERE – that is my affiliate link).  I garnished with some cranberries but that is optional.

I really really love these photos. I mean, I like your photos in general, but these really capture that cocktail mood. I’m not a big drinker, so I probably wouldn’t like this, but my husband totally would haha. I just read him the recipe.

Thanks so much Natasha! This is pretty much a crowd pleaser, and you can actually just leave out the whiskey if you don’t want the alcohol!

I have heard so much of this Moscow mule lately, but I have never had any. Your Irish version sounds great, perfect drink for these cold days.

Yasss!!! I’m ALWAYS happy to see a new cocktail from you, Meghan! These are happening at my house! I have some CR apple whiskey on hand that would be divine in these. I’m curious though, what kind of ginger beer do you usually use for these? Anyway, pinned! XO

Thanks so much Stephanie! I bet the apple whiskey will be great in here! My favorite ginger beer is Bundaberg (I find it at World market and we just found some at Costco). Trader joes also has a good ginger beer, and Reeds is good too! I hope you love these, thank you for pinning!

I’m totally not ready for Thanksgiving! My plans include trying not to burst into sad/angry tears at having to spend time with a few Trump- supporting in-laws. I will need a few (or several) of these drinks to help me out. PS they are gorgeous!

So beautiful and I love the copper mugs! I like how light and refreshing this drink is, which is a super big plus for drinking before a big heavy meal. Also, awesome photography surface by the way!
