Post Workout Smoothie Popsicles

Yield 12 Popsicles

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

heaping 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

heaping 1/2 cup frozen cherries

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1 and 1/4 cups coconut water (I like Zico)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  If smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water or plain water to reach desired consistency.

Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze.

Notes

Yield will depend on your popsicle mold, you should have 10-15 popsicles.   This is the popsicle mold I use (affiliate link)
