For the whipped cottage cheese

Instructions
Add cottage cheese to a food processor and puree until smooth, stopping to scrape down the bowl once or twice. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
Use as a toast spread, as a dip or make a breakfast bowl. Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 2 days.
To make cottage cheese toast
Spread 1-2 tablespoons on toast. Top with berries, jam, bruschetta, smoked salmon, or anything else you want!
Notes
A mini food processor works well for this amount.
