This Cranberry Irish Mule is a winter twist on the Classic Moscow Mule!  Irish whiskey, cranberry juice and ginger beer make this an ideal holiday cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 3 ounces cranberry juice*
  • 7 ounces ginger beer
  • ice
  • fresh cranberries optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a 20 ounce copper mug (or other glass) with ice. Add whiskey and cranberry juice, stir to mix. Top with ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries if desired.

Notes

*I used cranberry juice cocktail. Feel free to adjust measurements to taste.
