Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half
Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange on a baking sheet, with all the flat cut sides facing down. I recommend using a large, heavy baking sheet.
Roast for 35-40 minutes until browned. Serve immediately.
