Coconut Cashew Vegan Milkshake

Ingredients

coconut ice cream
1/4
cup
unsweetened vanilla almond milk

vanilla extract

cashew butter

Dairy Free Whipped Cream
optional, for topping
Vegan Cashew Caramel Sauce

coconut oil

maple syrup

Instructions
Make the Vegan Cashew Caramel
Microwave the maple syrup and coconut oil together for 30-60 seconds, or until coconut oil is melted
Add the cashew butter and salt, whisk together until smooth.
Make the milkshake
Add the coconut ice cream, almond milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract and salt to a blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with vegan whipped cream and vegan cashew caramel sauce.
