1pintstrawberrieshulled and quartered (about 1 and a half cups after they have been cut up)
2cupslime Italian soda or limeadeI used Simple Truth Coconut Lime Italian Soda
Place strawberries and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour strawberry puree evenly between popsicle molds. Top with Limeade or Lime Italian Soda. Leave about half an inch of space at the top to make room for expansion in the freezer. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid.
After removing from popsicle molds, extra popsicles can be wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in a freezer bag in the freezer.
