Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1.5 lbs brussels sprouts
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half
  • Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet, with all the flat cut sides facing down.  I recommend using a large, heavy baking sheet.
  • Roast for 35-40 minutes until browned.  Serve immediately.
