Well, I waited as long as I could. Trust me, I am still not ready for summer to be over, even though I do love fall as well. But I know some of you are chomping at the bit to get your mitts on some Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING, so I decided to gather up some of the best healthy pumpkin recipes and put them all in one place for you. PLUS I checked this handy “Is it Pumpkin Spice Season Yet” indicator and they say it is, so I think I’m right on track. We’ve got sweet pumpkin recipes and savory pumpkin recipes, and even some pumpkin breakfast recipes! So you can eat pumpkin for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus snacks – if that is what your little heart desires. Thanks for including my pumpkin breakfast pops! I don’t want summer to end either. I am not big into pumpkin spice like some people are, but I guess it’s inevitable so as you can see, I already hopped on the pumpkin bandwagon with those popsicles 😛 If you can’t lick ’em, join ’em as they say…
