With Cinco de Mayo coming up, I wanted to gather some of the best and most creative taco recipes from all my blogger friends. You won’t find any boring tacos here! In fact I had so many amazing tacos to chose from that I was able to put together a list of 31 Creative Taco Recipes – enough to have a different taco every night of the month! Beef Tacos, Chicken Tacos, Fish Tacos, Pork Tacos, Shrimp Tacos and Vegetarian Tacos – there’s something to please everyone! So don’t just restrict yourself to eating tacos on Cinco de Mayo or Taco Tuesday when you can eat tacos everyday!

Good grief Meghan I had no clue that there were so many amazing taco recipes out there! How does one choose? They all look a lot better than what I can order out but sure wish I could just pick a few and have them magically appear. thank you for including my tacos among this amazing compilation!
