Alright, now that we’ve dealt with that let’s all move on and talk about this Creamy Beet Hummus with Yogurt that I have for you today. A few weeks ago I was invited to an Urban Farm Dinner Hosted by Barn 2 Door and American Farmland Trust. It was pretty much a dream, hosted in the backyard of a beautiful house in Wallingford, one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Seattle. A tent sheltered long tables, twinkling lights were strung above. There was a fire pit, and guests stood around it visiting while sipping their seasonal cocktails. Soon we sat down to an amazing, chef-prepared, farm-to-table dinner.
